Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment. This gives us time to fill that appointment time. * If you cancel your appointment outside that 24 hour window without proper communication we will charge your card 30% of the service you were scheduled for as this is industry standard and protects our time. * We will allow you to cancel outside that 24 hours twice before you are required to put deposit to schedule with us again * We do know things come up, (but kids and animals are NOT allowed. PRICING POLICY All pricing is subject to current deals so please present any deals or specials “on your phone “ before checking out. LATE POLICY * If you are 20 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment and charge 30% of the scheduled service. * We understand things happen but we also have to be fair to ourselves and other clients as well Communication is key! NO SHOW POLICY For all no shows past the 20 minute window without any communication with us will be charged the card on file for up to 40% of the service you were scheduled for. • we will allow you to No show 1 time before you can not schedule with us again Additionally if you intentionally do not show up without some form of communication with us you will not be allowed to schedule. We are willing to move things around and accommodate in some circumstances as long as there is communication This applies to new and existing clients!
